1. Must be a female, be an excellent communicator and should have relevant experience on customer care in any service industry. Should have good computer knowledge. Must be good in English, hard-worker and should have aspiration to grow in professional life. Customer Satisfaction will be the most important parameter.
2. Fresher and Experienced both candidates are welcome.
3. English both verbal and written communication, Hindi verbal communication is must (Other regional languages are preferred).
4. Convert leads into clients/customers by making calls, sending emails and chats.
5. Follow up with leads by making calls, sending emails, messages through WhatsApp is mandatory.
